Refund and Returns

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since the delivery, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please raise a ticket for return/exchange or any other issue you might be facing.
Please return your shipment only after return authorization via support ticket.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Please note that once an order has been shipped, cancellation will not be accepted. If you need to cancel your order, please do so within the initial processing time (within 3 business days) by contacting us at david@brookband.com or raising a support ticket.

Return and Exchange

  • Returns and Exchange are accepted within 7 days of purchase. The cost of shipping is to be born by the customer. A support ticket has to be raised for returns and exchanges. You will receive a return or exchange authorization with the return address. All return and exchange items should be unused and with the packaging as shipped to you.
